During my senior year at Okeechobee High School, I had the honor of designing the cover for the 2020 yearbook.
The theme of Okeechobee High School's 2020 yearbook was "Same But Different". In summary, this phrase is relating to how the school as a whole, including students and faculty, are the same in the fact that they are all connected to Okeechobee High School, but are all different individually.
The design idea for the cover was solely based on the "Same But Different" theme. For the main component on the front of the book, I decided to repeat the word "SAME" all the way down the book, and then bring the viewers eyes to the middle of the cover to focus on the idea of "BUT DIFFERENT".
