For this project, I was tasked to pick a website and redesign it. From the list, I decided to choose torontocupcake.com. Toronto Cupcake is a cupcake bakery in Toronto, Canada that specializes in gourmet cupcakes.
The original Toronto Cupcake website is plain, boring, and bland, so for this website redesign, I wanted to focus on adding more personality and organization to the site. I decided to redesign the brand logo, add more color, and create an online avatar of the owner to create a fun and inviting experience for the viewer. I also added a few features to modernize the site, such as a new search experience, an instagram feed, and a section to build your own cupcake.
